At this time, we are NOT allowing online sales in order to comply with our manufacturer reseller policies terms and conditions and value our partnerships. However, our PRODUCT CATALOG is available with thousands of products loaded that we can offer you. Not all manufacturers allow us to list their products online however, give us a call and we can provide further product info along with pricing. Please also check out our BRANDS page. Many of our valued partners are listed and IkweBay LLC and/or IndigiTech has valid authorization to sell according to their guidelines.
All approved and valid order requests will only be fulfilled manually via our in-house ordering process.
Education, SMB, State, Local, Tribal, Federal Customers: applicable pricing discounts and products sourced to these entities will be offered with appropriate specifications according to industry minimum standards. PAYMENT INSTRUMENTS/INVOICE TERMS
All valid orders will be processed upon receipt from our clients. IkweBay LLC DBA IndigiTech requires a signed purchase order along with a copy of valid IndigiTech estimate. Please follow ordering details listed on estimate provided and submit accordingly.
When you place an order, estimated shipping and delivery dates will be provided based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. If tracking information is not automatically sent to you, please contact us and we will provide your tracking details.
Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. We offer free shipping on orders over $1000.00
Heavy, bulky or oddly-shaped items if are not shipped by FedEx, UPS, etc. may incur shipping/freight charges for other carriers, freight charges vary depending by item/weight and are usually charged at a higher rate.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If we placed and entered the order for the customer, we'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item and need assistance/instructions to return items, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Track your shipment using tracking numbers provided upon sale. If it has been lost, please contact IndigiTech.
IndigiTech's DOA Policy does not cover any physical damage that your product may incur in transit. If you receive a product that is damaged in transit, follow these instructions:
- Note any damages on the receipt.
- Refuse the shipment (if possible) so that it is returned for freight claim processing.
- For partially damaged shipments or concealed damage, note damage on receipt and refuse damaged item if possible.
- If damaged item is accepted via UPS/Fed Ex Ground, contact IndigiTech for freight claim assistance; if via truck/LTL, the receiver is responsible to place the claim with the carrier within 24 hours, and alert IndigiTech of the issue.
- Damage claims are the responsibility of the consignee. The shipping cartons, packing and content should be retained in the same condition as received.
Upon receipt of merchandise, you have three (3) business days to fax or use any other overnight method to reply in writing as to any discrepancies.
WARRANTIES - IN GENERAL
Product warranties are provided by the manufacturer, please see warranty information included from manufacturer documentation. Purchaser must follow manufacturer instructions as indicated in cases of returning defective products. If directed by manufacturer, IndigiTech may be able to assist in various situations by making arrangements to send products to a factory authorized repair center, or factory direct returns. In all cases, IndigiTech must abide by the return policies dictated by our manufacturers.
IndigiTech reserves the right to modify the above terms and conditions at any time without notification.
