Shipping

When you place an order, estimated shipping and delivery dates will be provided based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. 

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. 

Heavy, bulky or oddly-shaped items may incur significantly higher freight charges than are shown. Please review shipping/freight costs on these items.

Backorders

All orders not in stock at time of order will be placed on back order unless otherwise stated upon order submission. Backorders will automatically be filled as the product becomes available.

Returns

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If we placed and entered the order for the customer, we'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item and need assistance/instructions to return items, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Damages

IndigiTech's DOA Policy does not cover any physical damage that your product may incur in transit. If you receive a product that is damaged in transit, follow these instructions:

  1. Note any damages on the receipt.
  2. Refuse the shipment (if possible) so that it is returned for freight claim processing.
  3. For partially damaged shipments or concealed damage, note damage on receipt and refuse damaged item if possible.
  4. If damaged item is accepted via UPS/Fed Ex Ground, contact IndigiTech for freight claim assistance; if via truck/LTL, the receiver is responsible to place the claim with the carrier within 24 hours, and alert IndigiTech of the issue.
  5. Damage claims are the responsibility of the consignee. The shipping cartons, packing and content should be retained in the same condition as received.

Discrepancies

Upon receipt of merchandise, you have three (3) business days to fax or use any other overnight method to reply in writing as to any discrepancies.

Lost Shipments

Track your shipment using tracking numbers provided upon sale. If it has been lost, please contact IndigiTech. 

Warranties - In General

Product warranties are provided by the manufacturer, please see warranty information included from manufacturer documentation. Purchaser must follow manufacturer instructions as indicated in cases of returning defective products. If directed by manufacturer, IndigiTech may be able to assist in various situations by making arrangements to send products to a factory authorized repair center, or factory direct returns. In all cases, IndigiTech must abide by the return policies dictated by our manufacturers.
